New Emerging Internet Marketing Trends

The Internet is a dynamic beast; it can literally eat you alive and spit you out unless you go along with the emerging online marketing trends of today. The World Wide Web is not alive per se. It is but a virtual avenue for people to come together and create a cyber world. And as they say, anything goes when it comes to the Web and most anything here goes out of fashion… quickly. The same is true when it comes to internet marketing trends. What may have been hip and happening a few years, months or even weeks ago may be passé today.
E-books are almost dead as an online marketing tool. The same goes with software-based ads, online market research and email marketing (can you say SPAM faster?). There are other unethical online marketing tools, of course but most of the search engines are smartening up. In fact, some of them can be so relentless that innocent business websites are affected as well.
Nonetheless, most people who engage in internet marketing can be equally relentless when it comes to promoting their websites, products or services. And for those of you who wish to find out just how exactly you can crest the wave of success, here are some of the emerging marketing trends for the World Wide Web.
Facelessness is Becoming a Good Thing
A few years back, people have said that in order to tap into the resources of your potential market, you need to know exactly what their details are: age, status, income bracket, etc. These days, everything is a blank canvas. There are no more demographics over the internet when it comes to online marketing. Almost anything can be sold to anyone at any given time. This means that most of the texts and images used in advertising should appeal to just about anyone who uses the web. This may sound easy, but in truth this is quite difficult.
Imagine how anyone can create something that will attract the attention of people who come from many different countries, from many religious backgrounds, and from many stratums of society. One cannot hope to be politically correct all the time because the advertiser has to deal with a whole range sensibility. And yet, it can be done. There are after all, two basic similarities among internet users.
The Need to Find Easy Texts to Read
Of all the texts, blogs and propaganda spreading rampantly over the internet, most online users prefer texts that are easy on the mind which can be comprehended quickly. This does not mean that treatises and technical documents are shunned by most users. It just means that in order for internet marketing to become successful, a more conversational and light-hearted ad construction is needed. Most business sites or adverts with superlative adjectives are now considered overkill and very often dismissed faster than you can spell the SPAM.
Instant Access Means Instant Success.
Yes, it’s true. All internet users want instant online access to anything. Wouldn’t you? There was a point in internet marketing when, after you click on an ad you found particularly interesting, you are redirected into a series of adverts that have absolutely nothing to do with the ones you are looking for. There are a few people (saints, in our books) who would push through with the clicking; hoping that something worthwhile will eventually turn up but nothing ever does.
This can be great … as a practical joke, but certainly not as an internet marketing tool. Most internet users now do not want to fill out the newsletter subscription; do not want to fill out the customer demographic page (for research purposes, they say); do not want to fill out the friend referral page; do not want to fill out the feed back page … It is far easier to click on the close button and find an advert that leads directly to the business website where the information is right there - yes, right there where the potential client wants it to be. Information that is often considered as pertinent includes online contact information of the company, rates/costs, special promos and discounts, guarantees, etc.
On the whole, these emerging internet marketing trends seem to be leaning towards straightforwardness and simplicity. The faster the internet user can get a hold of whatever it is wanted, the more successful the ad will be. Traditional internet marketing still rules - but only just.

Internet Marketing Basics You Must Know

What is Internet marketing? In short, Internet marketing is a marketing method which you will be promoting your products and services online. Many businesses are starting to realize the potential of the Internet and are developing dedicated Internet marketing departments to secure their online market share.

Why Internet Marketing is Powerful?Internet has become a popular medium where people spend their time participating in various discussions. They discuss about everything. Sex, girls, hunks, cars, money and even their bosses. If you do not pay specific attention to the online world, you are not paying enough attention to your customers.

They might be discussing about the field you are in, a problem that they want a product to solve and most importantly, they might be discussing about your company.

Internet Marketing for Market ResearchWhen you got yourself started in Internet marketing, for most of the time, you will be doing keyword research using various tools and search engines. By applying the knowledge, you are able to identify whether there is a demand for a particular product or whether people have a need for the products that you are developing.

Market research is extremely vital for a business and no business owners should spend money developing something that no people will buy. Also, sites like eBay and Amazon provide crucial information on customers buying patterns. Thus, to get these results clearly and cheaply, you must move into Internet marketing and learn the knowledge and skills.

Internet Marketing - Cheap MarketingMost small and medium size companies or sole traders have limited advertising funds. The Internet, in this case, is a perfect marketplace for these business owners. Why? Product owners and service providers can reach their end users and customers directly via the Internet, often without the need of spending thousands on advertisement costs.

Social media and search engines can be utilized to secure and interact with customers. Building a close bond is much easier on the Internet. Thus, a considerable amount of knowledge on Internet marketing is advantageous for a business, especially in the coming few years as more and more people are getting online.

Internet Marketing: a Reflection After One Year in the Business

As autumn and cold crawl their way into Canada and the sun sets before 4 p.m., this darkness and quietness bring along a time of reflection for all of us. The assessment I want to share with you is about internet marketing. Although my list of things to do seams never-ending, I am very happy to realize all I have accomplished in less than a year ( over 40 active web sites, a hypnosis for childbirth program that already got international recognition, over 100 published articles on the net, etc)
I have been in internet marketing for a little less than a year and I have attended ten internet marketing seminars in 2006. I am the kind of person who likes to get to the bottom of things. I want to share my findings with people who are starting, thinking of starting or even stalling in the internet marketing business.
The ten biggest pieces of wisdom I want to share with you about internet marketing I have learned are:
1)The price of Internet Marketing products is highly exaggerated. Many marketers are comfortable taking hundreds of dollars for useless e-books or software. They are able to overcharge such big money for two main reasons: their customers believe their well-written sales letter promising them to become a millionaire by working only two hours per day. The second reason is that since other people have raised the bar before them, they feel comfortable with overcharging for their products.
I encourage everyone who is about to purchase any internet marketing product to take a deep breath, back up and do an internet search. Most probably, the product or its equivalent is already available for a fraction of the price on the internet.
My opinion is that no e-book is worth that much unless it provides me with the code of the safe at the bank for this internet marketer.
2)In the internet marketing business there are dreamers and there are doers. I have repeatedly met some people at internet marketing seminars who have not taken action and just keep buying the next product promising them a fast an effortless income. My experience is that it takes work (but then again I don’t see it as work as I enjoy it very much) at least in the beginning to secure a decent income in the internet marketing business.
3)Many internet marketers made their fortunes by selling products to people who want to make a fortune in the internet marketing business. Willie Crawford draws the parallel that the people who got the richest during the gold rush were the ones selling shovels and sticks to the gold diggers.
Anyone interested in internet marketing has to ask themselves if they have just been enriching the people selling them promises to make millions in the internet business.
4)There are basically three categories of internet marketers out there: the ones who just want your money, the ones who give you a good deal for your money and the ones that genuinely care about helping you making good money by sharing their efficient tactics.
I will, of course, not name any names here and I think that deep deep down people know what kind of marketers they are. I can tell you that upon trying to do a mental list of the genuine, caring ones, I had enough of my ten fingers to do the complete list.
5)The real successful internet marketers are often not on stage at seminars. I have met some very successful and knowledgeable people by talking to the person sitting next to me at seminars. I highly recommend you get to know the attendees at any given seminar; you will be surprised to sometimes find out that they know more than the speaker upfront and wiling to share everything with you…for free.
6)A masterminding group is a great resource to learn and share tricks and tips about internet marketing. The rule is to be part of a group that is about (or even better, a little above) your level of knowledge and accomplishments in internet marketing.
7)Action is power. Whatever piece of gold nugget you learn is useless if you do not take action on it. Many people are eternal course takers but have yet to get their first web site up. Even the best intended internet marketer will not make a penny if he doesn’t get his product out there. I have heard numerous times the advice to put out your product and fix the fine details later. It has been a little challenging for a perfectionist like me but, honestly, it works great. Often, customer comments allow me to go back and improve my product in ways that I would have never thought of.
8)Internet marketing is a number’s game. If you put all your eggs in one basket, you might rise very fast very high and then tumble down as fast. Diversity is the foundation for a solid business.
9)There will always be new things to learn. One cannot stay in their basement and hope that the world will not change. The internet marketing world is one that changes at the speed of light and one has to keep informed of the new trends and developments.
10)The Internet is here to stay. Internet has been growing at an astonishing rate and those who got in the game will be ahead of the pack in this exciting and powerful window to the world. The possibilities are infinite.

Why Many People Fail to Make Money From Internet Marketing

Why Many People Fail to Make Money from Internet MarketingCopyright © Captain Adiari, M.D.http://www.OnlineGain.netInternet is a huge market. If you search the internet, there are literally myriad programs with multitudes of software being chunked out frequently, each trying to convince you of its superiority over the others. This is where the internet neophytes, the newbies, get confused and usually become overwhelmed. If you are a newbie and feels confused and even overwhelmed, don’t be disheartened. Do not give up like so many do. Statistics have shown that 95 percent of people, who hear of the big internet market with its numerous opportunities of financial gains and attempt to do business through it, actually get frustrated and give up. Such people are the ones that generally conclude that all forms of internet business are nothing but gimmicks and scams. But that is not true. You can make a decent living from internet marketing as being attested to by so many people in our program. You don’t need to belong to the 95 percent failure class. But why this high casualty rate? Why so much failure?A number of reasons explain this:1). Lack of knowledge of internet marketing. Many people think that to make money online, they will just set up a website, host it on an engine, submit it to search engines, then sit down and fold their hands waiting for the dollars to start pouring in.2). Not updating your knowledgeSome people don’t take advantage of the newer internet marketing techniques. For instance, some don’t have knowledge of automation. They are still struggling with the manual system to build their subscribers’ list. How can they catch up with some other person who uses auto-submission to reach a wider subscription coverage? 3). Non-specialisationThere are various aspects of internet marketing. An internet marketer who tries to do all things at the same time cannot expect to maximize the systems. Lack of specialization results in loss of focus. Focusing in one or two aspects of marketing per time and as much as possible to know all you can in that area increase sales dramatically.4). Lack of PerseveranceYou might have heard of this internet marketing aphorism: “money is in the list.” List here refers to the number of subscribers you have whom you can easily contact for business. They are your online customers. The more the number, the higher the probability of increased sales. But to build a list takes time and patience. When an online marketer hastily folds up, terminating his trading, he has put a hot knife across his growing list. His subscribers will lose faith in him. To build your list requires patience. Patience and perseverance are the traits of any successful online marketer. To have patience, you must have faith in your system and in your ability. Faith is what keeps driving you onwards and forwards even when there seems to be no apparent result. All great business achievers are known to have passed through a phase in life where they keep working and praising forwards despite no physical evidence to do so. They have strong faith in themselves and their work, hence, they are patient. Faith fuels your patience. Indeed, F-A-I-T-H and P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E, you need them if you must conquer.5). Not NetworkingInternet is a network connectivity of people and events. This is especially true with online marketing. Load of information is churned out regularly. New software that keeps refining and improving online business is being invented continuously. For instance, use of banners and posters were the norms in internet marketing in the 1990’s. Today they have been overtaking by more efficient systems. If you are still depending on them for great sales, you are of the old school. One way you can keep abreast of the latest in online marketing is by being in constant contact with your colleagues in the online business. Lack of Networking is one of the main causes of 95 percent failure among internet marketers. You cannot just set up a website, do your own things, not minding what goes around you and expect sales to keep pouring in. No, it doesn’t work that way. A doctor who enters private practice and has not been updating his knowledge soon discovers he is outdated and his practice will diminish with time.6). Not having your own websiteOne danger in affiliate marketing is the notion that you don’t need your own website. Some affiliates claim that as long as you have access to the products of the parent company that you have affiliated to, you really don’t need your own website.Really, you can make sales with your affiliate link without a personal website. But the truth is you’ll be grossly limited. For instance, you cannot take advantage of what I refer to as Integrated Affiliate Marketing, which is the linking of products of different affiliate companies and marketing them as one entity. Integrated Affiliate Marketing is made possible only by having your own website. In your website you can integrate two or more products of different companies and market them at the same time. This ensures multiple streams of income. It is what all successful internet affiliate marketers do. Indeed, one great disserve you’ll mete out on yourself is not having your own website!

Is Network Marketing a Way to Make Money?

Copyright (c) 2007 Robin Rushlo

Did you know that some of the most successful Companies, were built by people just like you, who went on to earn millions and millions of dollars?

And now I will give you the secret.

Companies like Avon, Noni, and TupperWare, at one time, were unheard of, until they were introduced to the World through Network Marketing.

Network Marketing is here to stay and is becoming a MAJOR FORCE of economic growth around the World.

- World Famous Business Tycoon Warren Buffet’s largest acquisition a few years ago was Pampered Chef, a Network Marketing Company.

- Warren Buffet, the seer of Omaha and famed billionaire stock market expert, turned heads on Wall Street in 2002 when he bought a network marketing company. Today, he no longer owns one… he owns three.(2005) (And has been quoted as saying, It’s the best investment I’ve ever made.) (Oh, and lets not forget. Warren Buffet bought almost a dozen or so Network Marketing companies last year alone 2006)

- The World’s 2 largest cosmetic companies, Avon and Mary Kay, are both network marketing companies:

- 1 out of every 6 people in Japan participate in Network Marketing and the number of active distributors in the US alone has doubled, just within the past 7 years!

So what does Warren Buffet know that most do not?

First of all, at $125,000+ per share of stock in his company, he knows that the average person just cannot afford this. However, just about anyone can afford to start their own business in Network Marketing.

I mean, it’s not much more than the cost of a dinner and a movie for two and a night on the town. Perhaps this is why one of Warren Buffet’s largest acquisitions of the last few years was a Billion Dollar Network Marketing Company.

I would challenge anyone on Wall Street to take $3,000 and do what Doris Christopher has done: build a business from scratch into a world-class organization. As quoted by Warren Buffet from the foreword to The Pampered Chef

Warren also knows that conventional advertising is losing its punch and amongst other things, Network Marketing is the perfect way to reach more people.

- People are inundated by over 4,000 messages every single day - Tivo and other DVR’s allow consumers to eliminate commercials entirely - People are becoming numb to the marketing of major companies and would rather deal with people they know or know of.

IN THIS NEW AGE A NEW WAY IS NEEDED TO BREAKTHROUGH ALL THE CLUTTER!!

Ask yourself, who do you trust more, your friend or a billboard?

So, now you can see why financial luminaries including Warren Buffet, Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Paul Zane Pilzer and even Richard Branson embrace network marketing.

Remember what Robert Kiyosaki, and Donald Trump said: “If I had to do it all over again, rather than build an old style type of business,I would have started building a network marketing business.”

Paul Pilzer projects that over those same 10 years, the US economy will create ten million new millionaires and that many of them will be created in network marketing.

FACT: Right now, as you read these words, there are about 70,000 people around the world who are not network marketers and by this same time tomorrow, will be!

Sir Richard Branson gave my favorite quote, on the risk of entrepreneurship. If you dont take risks you wont achieve anything. The quote was why he started his own business. He wanted to do things he could be proud of.

These business men know where the smart money is going, and now that you know, you can position yourself to profit.

Right now people from all walks of life are enjoying success with network marketing by unleashing the power of Knowledge.

How about you ? Are you ready to make your move? If so, don’t wait any longer.

If Warren Buffet, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Paul Zane Pilzer and Richard Branson are into network marketing and they are Billionaires why arent you?

I know when Warren Buffet started to buy Silver everyone jumped in that market. Why have you stayed out of Network Marketing?

Well stay tuned for the next article How to find the right Network Marketing company. To my faithful readers, as long as you keep reading, I will reveal the secrets to you of this industry. Just what the heavy hitters of the industry do not want you to know about.

Robert Butwin’s ‘Street Smart Network Marketing’

If you are somebody who wants to start your business and attain ultimate freedom using Network Marketing, you should know (or learn to know now) who Robert Butwin is.

Robert Butwin grew up in a successful family of self-made millionaires. However, he later pursued a more personally satisfying life in Network Marketing. He is a more than successful Network Marketer as he has twice been named “Distributor of the Year” by the professional trade organization, MLMIA.

Butwin has published a book titled ‘Street Smart Network Marketing’ which guided Network Marketers, including me personally, in exploring the street smart wisdom of master networkers. According to Robert Butwin, “A Street Smart Networker is a man or woman who has a clear vision of the big picture, plus the common-sense ’street smarts’ to know how to play the game and win - and to do it with integrity.”

In his book, he stressed some very important points to help Network Marketers achieve their one goal which made them start this kind of business in the first place: to be free! Free from a job, free from a boss, free to earn as much money as they choose, free to spend time with families and friends… and so much more.

Some of the most important things a Network Marketer should have or do to succeed are:

Join the right company.

The company you choose to represent will be your ‘car’ to your success and financial freedom. So when choosing a company, be as cautious as you would be when buying a real car. The company, the product, their marketing resources and tools should all have integrity. Find a company which sells a product that you could love and that is so good that sells itself. Choose a company that has such great marketing tools that you could easily duplicate and literally ‘plug-in’. Or a company with a duplicable business system. And of course the company should pay a juicy amount of comissions. Here is an example of a company of those qualities: Success University.

Find a mentor.

Every successful network marketer have a whole bunch of mentors, trainers or coaches. Network Marketing is about duplication! They can help you avoid the mistakes they once made in the past and help you stay on track as you move on. Mentors are valuable resources of new ideas and approaches. Communicate often with them. Successful mentors will always be happy to help because your success is their success too.

Change your mindset.

It’s all in your mind! If you believe that you can make $10,000 per month, then you CAN! Networking mentor John Milton Fogg calls this “habitudes” or habits of attitude. In his book, Robert Butwin explains in detail the powerful ‘habitudes’ for Network Marketing. In order to be able to *do and have* what you want in life, you must first *be* the kind of person you want to become.

Set your goals.

Goals are tools to keep you focused and help you become more and more determined to succeed. Be specific when writing down your goals. How much money would you like to earn in 1 year? 2 years? 3 years? After writing it down, put your goals everywhere, so you will be able to see it all the time.

Dedicate your time and effort to your team.

Network Marketing works differently from a conventional business. In a conventional business, you work for a boss who works for his boss, and his boss works for his boss and so forth. In network marketing your focus and

dedication should go to your team, the people you lead because they joined you. Whatever you are planning to do with your business, do it for the sake of your team. Your team’s success is your success. And even with an excellent network marketing company, your upline’s success will be your success too. Success University is one of the companies that allows this kind of benefit for both uplines and downlines.

“No” is not a personal rejection of you.

There will be numorous of people who will say ‘no’ to your business. Don’t take it personal. Some people does not have the big picture about becoming free or about the unlimited opportunity that network marketing has to offer. No matter what you say to them, they will just never say ‘yes’. Make sure that you spend your energy only for those who share the same big picture with you. These people should be your target.

You will find more valuable tips on how to become a Street Smart Network Marketer in Robert Butwin’s book. In it he shares in great detail what he has learned - things that have worked, and things that haven’t. Guided by his step-by-step practical advice, you will be able to avoid common mistakes people make and duplicating successful strategies that has been proven. This way you will not be like many people who fails and turn their back on this

industry. In doing so, they turn their back on unlimited possibilities.

In the back office of Success University, students and network marketers have free access to a course based on this book, Street Smart Network Marketing. The 30-day free course has helped hundreds of students and networkers become successful.
